Returns Policy

In order to keep our prices as low as possible, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We are unable to exchange items or offer you a refund for any reason other than if the products you received are damaged, defective or incorrect. If you do not like the product after receiving it, or if it does not fit you, and other such reasons, we will not be able to offer refunds and exchanges.

We strive to ensure that the product descriptions and images on the site are correct. We expect you to be certain about purchasing a product before placing the order with The Official Community of Buddy Holly. If you have any questions, we encourage you to ask us before ordering.

When you place your order you are entering into a contractual agreement for your order and we will proceed with charging your indicated payment method and delivering the products and/or services.

If the product you receive is remarkably different than what was advertised The Official Community of Buddy Holly please contact us using one of the methods outlined in the Contacting Us section. It will be at the sole discretion The Official Community of Buddy Holly to determine if you will be able to return the product for refund or exchange.

However, if you received a damaged, defective, or an incorrect item we ask that you:

1. Please contact us using one of the methods outlined in the Contacting Us section. Please explain the nature of the problem (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
2. We will investigate the issue and issue you a Return Merchandise Agreement (RMA) number.
3. Carefully package the item for return making sure to include both the packing slip and the RMA number (please also write this on the outside of the box used for shipping).
4. Send the item to one of the following addresses:

5. After processing the return, we'll send you a fresh copy of the defective item or correct item as fast as we can. If the replacement item turns out to be back-ordered, we will contact you with the options.
