It would be great if the forums could have "New Post" markers on new posts. At the moment we have to slowly scroll down and check the date and time of the last post in each forum, but with these markers it would be simply a case of a quick scan down the left side to see where the new posts were.
Most boards have this idea incorporated, perhaps this board can use the same technology.

Whenever I select this site from my bookmarks, it always takes me to a page that shows all the new posts since my last visit. I don't know how I selected this as my default entry page, but I did, and it's great!

but I just prefer to see the whole board with new markers

I get an e-mail every week with all the new posts.

How do you get that email Rhonda? I get some emails but mainly on subjects I've replied to rather than an email about all the messsages. Thanks, Gary.

You have to go into the tools by clicking on your name then view your public profile and select recieve e-mail then set your notifications and then you get the weekly updates on this site.

If you want to get answers as soon as possible, you can select to be informed as soon as there is a reply to your postings.

Have a look, it's your choice to get answers at once or weekly or so.

I've made a small configuration change to the boards, now when you're viewing the topic list, you'll still see the "LP" icon , but now it will only appear next to topic areas that have new content.
