The Official Community of Buddy Holly attempts to maintain product descriptions that are as accurate as possible. However, The Official Community of Buddy Holly does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Unless the item purchased is remarkably different than advertised, The Official Community of Buddy Holly will not exchange it or offer a refund. Please see the Returns Policy section for more information.

We cannot confirm the price of an item until you place your order. Sometimes your browser or Internet Service Provider (ISP) may cache our store pages outside of our control which could cause an older price to be shown. The price shown in the shopping cart and checkout pages will be deemed to be final.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may have incorrect pricing. If we discover an incorrect price, we will do one of the following:

• If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
• If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

The availability of items on The Official Community of Buddy Holly is indicated on the product page for each item. This is only an estimate and NOT A GUARANTEE, but it is a good indicator of when you can expect your order to be shipped. Please keep in mind that we process and ship orders only during business hours from Monday through Friday. We do not process orders or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Canadian statutory holidays.

If you ordered multiple items, and the availability of these items differ, The Official Community of Buddy Holly will make an effort to ship items separately, as they become available, so that the readily available items reach you sooner. However, the shipping charges will not exceed what you had originally authorized. Orders of this nature are only charged ONCE for shipping, regardless of the number of separate shipments sent.

Here is what you can expect when the availability for a product is indicated as:

• Usually ships in 1 - 3 business days: This item is stocked on a regular basis and should be available for shipment immediately. However, there is a possibility that in periods of sudden demand, our suppliers may run out of stock for a day or two, and therefore, so will we.
• Usually ships in 3 - 10 business days: This item has low inventory and may not be in stock when you place your order. We get stock on a daily basis from our suppliers so turn around time will be within a few days (usually between three (3) to ten (10) business days).
• Usually ships in 1 - 3 weeks: This item has a low inventory and may not be in stock when you place your order. The turn around time from our supplier is longer due to unavailability. As soon as we receive stock from our supplier, we will ship your order.
• Usually ships in 3 - 5 weeks or this item has limited or unknown availability. : This item may come from a small, independent supplier or from a supplier outside of Canada. As a result, the delivery time of the product is difficult to predict. We cannot guarantee how long it will take to fill a special order item and there may be a considerable delay receiving the order. However, if possible, we will do our best to communicate some estimate to you via email when you place the order. If a special order item is on back order for more than thirty (30) days, we will contact you by e-mail and give you the option to cancel or continue to wait for your order.
• Back Orders and Advance Orders: If we don't have a particular item in stock when you order it, we'll let you know by e-mail. In the case of advance orders, we'll let you know if the album release is delayed for whatever reason.
